K & C make some really nice stuff, but they are expensive.
And they are made out of crushed stone.A pretty unique way to make a model. Not sure why they make a model from this material.
Collectors who have these really seem to like them though.

It's one I've wanted but haven't found. Where did you get it?

Don't collect K&C stuff..don't care for polystone resin, nor the scale 1/30
although I like some of the rare stuff they make like the Pz I F and Me 163.

K&C is mainly a Tank and Toy soldier figure company and have been making tanks, AFVs and figures out of polystone for many years. I collect those items. It is only within the past year that they have started making aircraft out of polystone. They also make very limited edition wood models for $700 - $1000. The rarely modeled aircraft are the expensive wood ones.
They are 1:30 scale because that is the scale of their tanks. While I collect the tanks, I already have some 1:32 Corgi and one Hobby Master so I'm not into polystone aircraft.
Although I know of 3 other companies making a few1/;30 models like Rommel's Storch, a WW1 Sopwith Camel and soon to come aircraft from the Spanish Civil War.
