finally got around to ordering from AIKEN's

Post by Panzer_M » Sat May 08, 2010 11:13 pm

Wow, great service, even got some sweets as a thank you.

Ordered HM's

Italian Ju 87D-3 to go with my Dragon Bf 109G-2 Tp of the 150.Land Hunting Group
Luftwaffe StG-3 Libya 1942, picked it up cause it was 22.00, and even in just tan still looks good
OT, HM needs to make some 1/72 Fw 190s now, F-3/8s and A-3/4/6/8s for sure. A proper diecast 190A-8/R2 needs to be done right IMO.

Dragon. Armour:
Sdkfz.251/10 C, LAH Kursk 1943, I had wanted the /10 from N.Africa with the full shield but it was out of stock, so I took this early /10 instead.
Sdkfz.251/2 C(8cm GrW 34) unknown unit Russia 1942, the gelb one with the cross on the hood. Already have the grey mortar carrier with the stripes, so that completes the set of /2s.

As I will say Packing was great, everything came in safe and secure. Def will order from Aikens again. They ran right up there with the flying Mule at the top of my list of E-Venders for toys ;)

Aiken's is great - the candy they ship with your order is greater :)

I order from them fairly often. They rock.

I have many many many planes that I have ordered from Aikens. Sally is the best, and I really like the candy you get with each order. With all the planes I have ordered from them, I am getting fat on the candy... :D
