Next year(2010)70th anniversary of Battle of Britain.
Well maybe some of the remaining companies will take it up to release some new stuff for the event.
I'd like to see Revell release a 1/32 scale kit to follow the Ju88A-1, like a Do17z or He111H..but some new pre-finished stuff would be nice too..esp a Mk.1 Spitfire.

Anniversary Issues
Hi,
I think Corgi would likely be the best candidate to offer some sort of Battle of Britain Anniversary editions. They already have some of the aircraft molds (He 111, Me 109, Spitfire, Hurricane and a Me 110 in the works) so I'd put my money on them as the frontrunner.

The 1:32 Corgi Hurricanes are cool. Bit pricey but nice.
Not a bad price for yours though Lightning2000.
There was a guy on ebay who was selling the whole set of Hurricanes. He had some close up pics of each. I think there were six schemes, with a couple of them very limited.
I wouldn't mind a pre-made 1:32 German bomber.
I like the 1:72 ones by Corgi.

70 years... My how time marches on! This September will be the 70th anniversary of the invasion of Poland and the actual start of WWII.
I would bet the Corgi will have something planned - they have the best capabilities of producing the most Battle of Britain related aircraft. I could also see Hobbymaster doing something as well.

I would agree that Corgi would be the best candidate to do a Battle of Britain anniversary release.
There line is expensive,but really nice,and limited edition.Good weight to it as well.Highly recommended,especially the 1:32 fighters,and 1:72 bombers.
I have two Hurricanes,one Spitfire,and one Me 109.
Two He 111's,and a Ju 88.
It would be nice to see a Do 17,but I don't think there is a large enough market for this plane.

Dorniers
Hi,
Actually, Corgi has a Dornier Do-17 and a Do-215 slated to come out this fall. Images for both aircraft are on our site.
Cordially,

I still love to see a 1/32 Do-17z injection kit..we already have a 1/32 P-38, Me110 C and G, Mosie, Beufighter IF, I think that's all the injection molded twin engines.
I know there is a resin/vac-u-form, Me410B which would be a great kit..and the coming 1/35 Ju.52/3m and C-47s willl be tempting the wallet(plus the gliders)
