I went to the WM this morn, at 6am to get some Dew and Doughtnuts for today working in the garage on Red...anyways force of habit made me go to toys which was picked bare of GIs, Starwars and the like.
and 21st stuff was in 2 areas, playsets where in the Gi section, and the 1/18 and 1/144 stuff in another aisle..
anyways found 1/144 SBDs in Atlantic grey...don't know if these are new or old...but there were 2 or more single packed planes on the shelves..
If anybody wants them(if 09 is 21st's last hurrah) I can swing by and pick them up today/tonight.

Btw, 8$ for 3 3/4 figures...I was shocked to see that..remembering getting GI Joes at Woolworths as a kid..heck I got vehicles there too, then WM came into town(1980s)
Plus Kaybees...never saw a TRU til I was older.
I remember SW/Transformers at SearsRoebuck, but I don't remember the prices for the things..I'm sure alot less than the current stuff.
It was weird there was less than a dozen SW figures on the pegs, one A-wing(Which looks very cool IMO) and a pair of Jedi Ships of some type...nothing Imperial..and all the figures were fillers, all aliens, no imperials or rebels.
If I buy a SW toy in the future...it would be a 3 3/4 scale/size TIE Defender, loved those since I flew one in the PC sim back, back in the floppy disk days.

I think those SBD's are last years. I have one.
I went into the stores around here and it's remarkable how little of the Star Wars stuff is left. Hasbro did good this season.
A TIE Defender in 3.75 would be ultimate.
I still have my Action Fleet one I found at a Walgreens for 9 bucks, along with an E-Wing I found at the same place back in the mid 90's.
