Marder IIIM sighting dallas area

Post by Cabe » Thu Feb 21, 2008 6:15 pm

If you are not like me who gave up and ordered a marder IIIM off Ebay, you can get yours in the Dallas area now. A person just called me to say she saw a bunch of 21tst stuff. She read off the name Marder IIIm
It was the Walmart off 380 in McKinney, I have never been to that one. But it had a bunch of stuff she said, just no hetzers or Marder III

If those Marder IIIMs are now in Texas, maybe they will appear here in AZ soon. I have yet to see one of these things in person.
It is what it is.

I think the Marder IIIM truck unloaded all of it's cargo here, because we are kneee deep in the buggers.

I think the Hetzer truck was hijacked somewhere to the west. It's always the one you want the most that you find the last, or never see at all. Keeping my fingers crossed that TRU has one today or Sunday.

Cabe, I am down in San Antonio this week and last night I fould two of them at the WM by my hotel...well now there is only one left.
380 in McKinney not really close to Dallas....that is a hike!! I bet more will start to pop up in some of the closer WMs in the next few days.

For you guys that can't get the Marder IIIM, MarderIII, Panzer 38t, or Hetzer locally, I would suggest http://www.goodstufftogo.net they have these all at $18 ea. which is about the best online price I've seen so far, and I can highly recommend these guys for fast reliable service, and low shipping charges. If you're gonna buy online, give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I think you might be right. The only Marder IIIM I've ever seen in my area was the single one I luckily found at TRU. Two of my Wal Marts have gotten in the Hetzers and early Marder III variants, as well as the Panzer 38s. It seems that as far as caseloads go, the Panzer 38s ship all to one case, with the Hetzers and early Marders being in another case, and the Marder IIIMs being a third case load. Why two of each type couldn't have just been included in one caseload is a mystery
