No Hetzers or Marder IIIM's in my AO. No P-51D's or the new FW 190's either. Tons of Panzer 38's but they are selling quickly, so at least that is one positive sign.

I found the Hetzer and ..... the Hetzer was already being hijacked by some other guy..
Presumably this was at a TRU...??? I'll be checking out my "old reliable" TRU tomorrow, this particular store has come through with about 3 out of the last 4 new 32X releases, so I"m hopeful the Hetzer will be on the shelf there shortly. 8)

I saw one Jagdtiger. ONE. I regret not buying it, but I had to buy a Marder instead. Which, I regret, because the exact opposite of what I planned for happened.

:(

Frickin' overload, man. Need a Jagdtiger. Would love to see anything new...

I've been so deprived that I predict it will all come in a huge wave, and I'll get that really dumb urge to buy it all then, because I always imagine next week it won't be there. It's happened before. I can never let it happen again. I left a 109F once, and got two others. Came back the next day and it was gone. Heh, never saw that one again.

VMF, I have two words to describe an appropriate course of action at times like these: sleeper hold. Just don't do it in front of his wife and kids! 8)

Consider yourself extremely fortunate if you are finding anything new at Walmart, all the WM stores around here (and there are a bunch) are basically dead...finito...

The E-10 was going to be part of a new series of German armoured fighting vehicles with standardized parts. They enlarged the 38(t) chassis but it does not look like much else would have been the same - new engine, running gear, etc. Not really a variant so much as the Hetzer's successor.

Read here for more!

There are now several Hetzers listed on evilbay. It is time to start really checking the shelves for these little devils.

These are being offered thru dealers on Ebay.. I haven't seen an individual selling one yet, so they probably aren't on shelves yet..

Got the Hetzer today :D Like all the other vehicles in the Panzer 38/Marder series, it looks fantastic. The commander and loader's hatches open, the gun elevates and has a little bit of traverse. It has the stowage glued on the outside. One really neat little detail that I like are all the hand-grips. The paintscheme and subtle weathering are nice as well. To settle any questions, the figure is an FOV German tanker that came with my FOV Jagdpanther. You all are going to like the Hetzer 8)

Once again, thanks for taking the time to photograph these and post the pics! :D

These things look great! My only question is why is there a telephone pole mounted on the Hetzer? You can clearly see it in the second photo? :P

In all seriousness, 21C should take a hint from FOV and use wire for this. Being in plastics, I can assure you it would be cheaper for them.

Now, back to the love fest. This looks great and I must get one or ten of them. 8)

Man didn't the Krauts have wireless tank to tank coms by then?? Did they have a special panzer just to carry the giant spools of telephone cable?

I'll be removing that right out of the box just like I did with the Panzer and Marder.

I agree with Mg-42 "improvise & adapt" this is the only way to survive in this hobby rather it be 1/18 or 1/32. 8)
