For those who collect Can-Do (1:144 AAV7A1)
Didn't know if this was news or not, but I came across Trumpeters 1:144 AAV7 and AAV7A1's yesterday in my local hobby shop. Basically these are "kits" requiring assembly, however no glue required. The kit consists of 10 pieces, all go together extremely well, and I did use some glue with a syringe applicator as the pieces dont require much. The detail is just as good as that found on the Dragon Can-Do pieces, and is a must have for those who enjoy modern pieces. The kits were marked $3.99 and well worth it. Some of you may have seen the assembled Trumpeter tanks, typically displayed with the World Tank Museum and Dragon Can-Do (mostly Tanks with some ww2 german halftracks) but these are the only ones I've seen in kit form.

anyone else seen these amazing little tanks for sale in the US? i have yet to see them on sale anywhere, not even on ebay (at least the AAVs). =(
it's a *very* nice complement to dragon's can-do/takara's world tank museum, and i'd like to get a piece or two!
on a side-note, for all things 1:144, check out another forum:
