Squadron has some great deals on Easy Model AC and AFVs in 1/72nd and I am asking for input on their quality since I have never seen any of these first hand. I don't want to buy lemons!
1) How does it compare to FOV and Dragon?
2) Is there any difference between quality on their pre-built and snap- together AC models?
3)Would you recommend purchases of this brand?
Thanks in advance for your assistance.

There are several good comparison pictures between Easy Models and other manufacturers tanks at the link below...

They really vary in quality, the Shermans are ok (Dragon Armor Shermans are nicer) while some of their Russian armor like the KV-1 and KV-2 are excellent and just as nice as any other brand (like Hobby Master).
Easy Models tanks are the same as the plastic unassembled Trumpeter Models kits, just prebuilt and prepainted for you. They're 100% plastic so very light. The weathering also varies beween releases with some factory fresh while others are very weathered.

Personally, I think you get a lot for the money with easy model. A good level of detail, but not much in the way of weathering, and some people find the all plastic construction (which makes them very light in weight) a big drawback. Weathering you can do yourself to suit your own tastes, and the weight issue can be overcome easily by "slugging" the tank, basically you remove the turret (or hull bottom) and add some small weights to the interior to give it some "heft". I tried easy model initially because they are the only outfit I'm aware of that makes a Pershing in this scale, and I'm very pleased with mine. I would suggest trying one or two and see how you like them. Good luck.

I don't know about their armor but I have 20 or so of their 1:72 aircraft and they are all superb. I also have about 15 Corgi aircraft so don't say I'm partial to plastic!
I have looked at some of their armor at the hobby shop, impressive but I'm not getting sucked into 1:72 armor.
You get a lot of bang for your buck wirth MRC/Easy Model.

Thanks gentlemen. This is a mixed blessing because now Easy Model will be getting many of my hard earned dollars!
