thank you hworth18 for the pic does any body know what color is that I bought some testers paint but my tank didnt look like that also does any body know if 217 was on back of the turrent

Yes - '217' IS on the back of the turret.

To make it 'truly' accurate, you should remove the first road wheel. Apparently, Carius found out about Dragon using his name for these tanks and was pissed that they didn't get that part of the model correct.

Note: They used to remove the first roadwheel due to snow, ice and crud getting jammed in there, rendering tanks immobile.

Carius' used the same Tiger throughout his time in Russia, it was originally an 'early' version of the Tiger, until his cupola was shot off, and he had the new type installed.

I think the tank should be 'Dunkelgelb' (Dark Yellow) - the standard color for Panzers starting in '43.

thanks for all the help mr.football I used dunkelgelb its darker and looks more green than the pic is I used testers model master Panzer dunkelgelb 1943 paint #2095 also looking at the pic the first road wheel is on the out side where the 21st is in the inside what one is right thanks again for all the help also did he use Tiger #213 I was looking thru Tigers in the mud and It showed that one.
