One of the Panache Place reps mentioned tbat FOV was thinking about getting into 1/18 last year when I talked with them at the ihobbyexpo. Wonder if this is the beginning of something, or a fluke? It doesn't look it's based on a 21st Century piece, so I doubt it's a rebadge.

yowza.....not only is it definitely 1/18 scale (at least the box says so) it looks freakin' great.
This would be a dream come true if FOV is getting into 1/18. How come we've heard nothing of it from any other retailer though?...this guy says it's his 'last one', which implies it's been out for a while.

something very odd: the seller says it's his 'last one' yet there are no other 1/18 FOV Bradleys in the completed auction listings....implying these are the FIRST ONES to be listed.
Somebody buy it and give us a review. The guy won't ship outside the US, so i can't.
I'm hunching that this is a brand, brand new release..

interesting... there are 3 Bradleys on ebay right now. Two FOV (different paint schemes) from the same seller, and one 21st. Ironically, the seller on the 21st piece is the high bidder on the camo FOV piece. Sonds like someone is trying to trade up...

well there's nothing on Unimax's homepage. But that doesn't mean much. I've emailed them directly asking about this 1/18 Bravo Team line.

I plan to talk to them at the show in Chicago on the 20th or 21st, as well. If I can get any more info, I will post it, assuming we don't get more news before then. I do think FOV is expanding--the 1/72 line is growing quite a bit, and they have added some interestng new 1/32 and 1/48 pieces--and iin a lot more stores. So why not get into 1/18, finally? It would be great, especially if they match (or come close to matching) the diversity of thier 1/32 armor line--they have a great selection of madern and WWII armor there... Imagine a 1/18 Aardvark or HIMARS, or a Lee, Stug, Schwimmwagen, etc.!

If true I want one of each, cool!

ok, here's my take on this, after a bit of reflection. This is a brand new release from FOV that just hit some store, somewhere in Georgia (Tucker to be specific) and this guy being a collector and somewhat savvy about how well new 1/18 releases sell, scooped them up and is now selling his extras on Ebay, to make a quick buck. Hence the 1 day listing, he wants to get the money quick because he knows others will follow soon.
I would also speculate that the retail prices of these is $40, which is the opening bid on his auctions (plus FOV are probably trying to match 21c's price on 1/18 armour).

hey guys, i just got on to make a post about this, i found these "Bravo Team" FOV at a Target in Chandler, Arizona today.
19.99 each
1:18th, got the Bradley in woodland camo, but they also had the Nato
version as well. hatches are slim, rear fits about 4 figures comfortably.
These were on the top shelf, there was no plan-o spot for these.
but for freakin 19.99$ its a STEAL!
* oh and proof of price!
that guys a crook on ebay!

Mother of God....
This is so awesome on so many levels. I agree this piece looks great. With the way fov cranks out some of their scales, and with their great distribution, it just got that much harder to ever leave this hobby. I hope they redo other vehicles also up-armored [read: humvee].
EDIT - Looks like fov pulled a 21c and dropped quality just a hair to give LOW prices to a big brick and mortar. Awesome. Hopefully more to come.

Well now. Interesting to note that FOV has become one of the 1/18th scale players. Maybe now we can get more of the armor pieces that 21st and others failed to produce. I'll have to check the Targets in AO to see if any of these new pieces have shown up. For $20, you can't beat that price for any 1/18th scale item.

HOLY DOODLE! It's official, FOV is into 1/18. The price is hard to believe.
Anyway, i've emailed the seller and all he said is that he bought it 'in a store' (we now know which one).
It looks fantastic. Must haves for sure. Let's hope there will be more!

its plastic, harder plastic then 21st, the bottom is heavly re-enforced with screws, and the middle, has a different, harder plastic.
the treads move freely, unlike alot of 21st's tread armor.
more pics.. dont kiss me all at once
