What surgery required to make a Bf-109 G 2/4 trop?

I forget who, but one of the guys did such a conversion. Mostly it involves popping off the nose blisters, filling the slots and repainting/re-decaling. I've popped the cannon pods off of mine as well. Have yet to get around to filling and sanding.

taking off the two nose bulges and wing cannons are the biggest mods. There was also a small sand filter attatched to the left side nose air intake....you'll have to look at pictures for the size and shape. Those are the major mods. There were a host of other minor changes but unless you are very exacting, you can really get away without making them.

Then give it a nice paint job and you're all set.
