Tank crew figures
With the not so recent release of the d-day and U.S. tank crew figures. Is there any word that they will release a German tank crew? I'm not much into 1/18 armor but I gotta have at least one set (Sherman vs.Tiger/KT) with a crew to man them!

21c has already released 5 German tanker figures with either differing cammo coveralls or differing headsculpts over the past 3 years. The most recent figures are the Sgt. Max Rhode and Pvt. Gehard Kedanzi figures from the Battle of the Bulge II lineup. Its not a full tank crew in the way the US tankers were made for the new D-Day series, however with headswaping, one can easily make a crew of individualized figures for their Tiger, Panther, or Panzer IV from the BoB series tankers
Given that, a German tank crew in the standard black coveralls would be cool, however, I think 21c should place priority on getting other much needed figures out

IMHO another round of german tankers (agree on the non-parka types) and some Fallshirmjagers with the new articulation would be big hits..

The non-RC Panzer IV is not in DAK colors, but rather a cammo scheme used for the eastern front. The S1 RC Panzer IV, however, more closely resembles a DAK tank with its solid tan scheme. I personally have thought about getting an RC Panzer IV D (with the short barrel) and repainting it into a DAK tan color.V2 MAN wrote:I have a panzer 4 non rc in dak color. That would make a good early DAK tank. I have also thought about putting the short barrel gun turret onto the "H" version hull and repainting to make a "F1 " model DAK tank. The final conversion would be to remove the turret shields and hull shield brackets from the "H" model, do a repaint, and make a later DAK "G" model. Though the muzzel break is different on the "G" then the "H" model. Somebody posted some pictures at one time of their "G" DAK conversion.
