nice looking figures. I believe the idea of having alternate articulated and preposed legs was mine, when i was pioneering my Wildfire Toys' 6 inch figure line, over 7 years ago. Not that it was that radical an idea, not surprising someone else is doing it now.

Of course i never got anywhere and 21c will make these a reality. Should be very cool...sort of a combination between Dragon's Action 18 figures and 21c's in one package.

I imagine the legs will be able to mix and match so each figure will come with a different set of preposed legs that you can swap with other figures in the series to make an endless possibility of combinations.

Looks great......glad to see the Vietnam line rolling again. :)

Wow, the figures look great, more realistic, and I like the new legs, it really looks better without the joint.

Is there any chance we will see the Huey and Cobra again?

Wow, I'm not big into 'Nam stuff but those are awesome! I really love the option of having the articulated or posed legs. I can't wait to see that feature on their next WWII figures. I will probably pick up a set of these guys. 8)

SWEET!!!!! When I saw the first pictures of the "Platoon" figures a few years ago, I was dissapointed in thinking that they would just be a bunch of mutt drivers with different headsculpts. But these all have the newer articulation, packs, ammo pouches, first aid pouches, suspenders, and finnaly some ammo bandoliers. I also really like the new M-16, M-79, and shotgun! I'll be cleaning the shelves when they get here :D (That is if I ever see any)

I forgot to mention that the new leg articulation is also very cool. The kneeling soldiers look great!

Well done 21st! These figures look great. I like the preposed legs as well as haveing the articulated ones, just like the arms on some of the other figures.
Aferguson, that was a great idea. :!: :!: :!:

These indeed do look cool, I just hope for sure there's a set of poseable and pre-posed legs, not one or the other on ANY figure. Both is pretty cool though. ;)

Great looking figures!

TKO- Are the figures suppose to look like any of the characters/Actors in the "Platoon" movie?

Since we are getting some new figures (some time in the future), can we expect any new buildings, bridges, huts, or any kind of playset of any kind to accompany this line of figures???

according to the press release, they should be based on characters
