Just in time for 21st to release their Mk IV H, I finally finished the custom Mk IV G (Early) I had been working on and off with for the last year and a half. Here it is along with a few of the construction pics:

I did not recommend the Bandai kit before 21st's Mk IV F2 and I recommend it even less now. For those not already aware, the original kit has large numbers of inaccuracies. I spent $125 for a mostly complete model and another $75 on new drive sprockets (because I screwed the originals up trying to make them more correct), a correct resin cupola, and a number of missing tools. Add in all the scratchbuilding work and the new 21st vehicle is an incredible steal. I am considering selling this vehicle to pay for 3 or 4 of the new Mk IVs but haven't decided yet.

I've been thinking for a while that you have really taken over as comedy officer from Laughing Gravy. I seriously enjoy your sense of humor!
One of the reasons I put the 1/18 figures with the Bandai kits was to show that they really don't match all that well for diorama work unless you are going to someone really short. I was going to put a photo of the 1/15 Mk IV next to the 1/18 Mk IV to show the difference in size but forgot to take the picture when I was shooting the Bandai kit. The 21st stuff is in scale and far cheaper. The wargaming I do with this stuff is pretty forgiving of minor scale differences so I do still put the 1/18 figs in the larger vehicles at that time.
