This one of the nicest custom silver 86 form Admiral toys I have seen since buy the way I loved the sky blazers version also.
Here is some Canadian pride for you.

That's actually one that they should work into production. Probably one of the most famous F-86 schemes ever.

Now that is a CL-13 that makes ole Sabrefan smile. In fact I have a Golden Hawks CL-13 as my background on my computer. I have already requested that paint scheme with both Admiral and 21st Century. Great looking plane!

I remember seeing one of those (Real life) on display at the CWHM* in Hamilton. Nice custom job. Real professional.

Wow, I wasn't aware of the CWHM! Is it worthwhile? Maybe I'll drag my wife and kids there - I'm only about 2.5 hours from Hamilton. What eras does it cover?
Thanks,
Dave in Rochester NY

Very nice work. I love the smoothness of the paint lines. Again, this was a great job done with a steady and slow hand.

First off, hell yes it's worthwhile. Second, it covers some the aircraft that the RCAF used in WWII and post-war. Besides the F-86 I mentioned before, they include:
Training aircraft used by the BCATP (ie: Harvards, Ansons, Fleet Forts, Stearmans etc...)
Fairey Firefly
Consolidated CANSO (Catalina built under License in Canada. Flyable.)
Spitfire (Can't remember which type)
Bristol Bollingbroke (Blenheim bomber built under license in Canada. Undergoing restoration)
A-26 Invader (Flyable)
B-25 Mitchell in RAF markings (Flyable)
Numerous jets (All of which are static.)
Avro Lancaster (One of only two in the world that are still flyable. The other is in the UK with the BBMF.)
They had a flyable Hawker Hurricane and an Avenger under going restoration, but sadly, they were destroyed in a fire a few years ago

They nearly lost the Lancaster, but thanks to the Hamilton Fire Dept. and the quick thinking of the museum staff, VR-A is still with us today.
I'm also itching to check out the aviation museum in Ottawa. Not just to see the remains of the Avro Arrow, but for a sentimental reason; Before she started a career as a Registered Nurse, my mom helped out with the museum's construction.
BTW, If you happen to be around Niagara Falls, Ontario in June, you should check out the Friendly Foes Over The Falls airshow, The guy who organizes it owns a Spitfire IX, Hurricane, and a 109E in flying condition.

Plus they get Warbirds and miltary hardware from all over Southern Ontario, and the US (Last year they had a B-17F, Mustang, and an SBD fly in from NY and Atlanta respectively).

Ah its okay, we get that a lot. We just tell them our air force flies F-18's and they look at us wierd and say something to us along the lines of "You gotta be kidding me."
