Ebay & German related toys
Beware as ebay is apparantly gunning for WW2 German related toys. If a listing has the words Nazi, SS, swastika, and the like and some busybody weenie see's it then it'll get reported and shut down. I know of a few sellers this has happened to and it just happened to me with some diecast planes! Ironic isn't it? A communist reaction to an item with a historical socialistic theme...So for all who list XD German planes, armor, and the like, choose your words wisely.

However comma, NO pics of SS runes or swas' were in these auctions! Also, ebay doesn't search out this stuff per say, it's the boneheads that have nothing better to do than search out words and phrases and give a bs line when they report to ebay how it offends them. They're infringing on Americans' rights just to appease a few countries, totally unsat if you ask me. I agree that TRU's policy may be getting contagious. Funny thing is censorship was one of Hitler's most common tools...Still I'd take warning for those of you that list German WW2 toys, be careful of the content of the listing!
EBAY
I was booted off for a third time when i listed a "german ww2 camo smock"I avoided all of the buzz words that had previously gotten me booted. It was a plain ss oak pattern smock with NO insignia. You had to know your uniforms to recognize it.Yet some pinhead on the COMMUNITY found it offensive.I fired off an indignant letter saying that the rising sun isn`t verboten, that`s offensive to alot of veterans.Anyway they extended my sentence,Then I got booted again trying to sell a 1942 original Mein Kampf. It is OK if the edition is in ENGLISH! I hate PC and thier minions.

I wonder what the GERMANS think of all this...
You're probably right, its just some pinhead that wants to feel important by making others look bad. I guess that the best way to sell things (say German XD vehicles or figures) would be just to leave out any reference to the country of origin. I wonder what would happen, however, if you used the word, "Deutchen" as opposed to "German"?
