Elite Force Action figures at Walgreens??

I went to my local Walgreens tonight and they had a bunch of "Elite Force" Action figures, but these looked larger than 1/18??? They looked more like 1/12 scale or something... But I also want to say they were like 3 for $12.00

my local walgreens have the elite force marked down to $1.48 EACH! :shock: (clearance)
