Tender Terror Auction Watch

Since I have my own ulterior motives, I thought I should start an auction watch thread for any Tender Terrors that show up on eBay. Since I am not much of an eBayer myself, if anyone comes across an auction for a Tender Terror, please post it here. And if you are a member and you decide to sell yours, please let everyone know it is yours so that we can all Rah! Rah! Rah! your auction...and save you from getting a snappy email from me!!!
We all had high hopes for seeing what Razor's would do on the market, but somehow it got caught up in some bickering and ended up pulled. Well,
http://cgi.ebay.com/1-18-Ultimate-Soldi ... dZViewItem there are two days left, and it is not doing so hot.
Thanks for participating.

I know it is a rare model and all but there is no way in heck I would pay anything near that much for such a generic looking Mustang. I understand the "gotta catch 'em all" type collectors think differently, but I wouldn't pay over fifty bucks for it.

Hey Rowsdower,

We don't want to have more TT threads than -I want my A-10 now threads...
(Heavy Sarcasm left as a gift to all!)

I did. You wanted it because you are fond of the group and it's pilots and that's cool. Others just have to own every single thing that comes out no matter what the cost and that's cool too. I'm just saying that I have neither motive and wouldn't pay that much for it. Nothing personal against you or anyone else though.

AFerg: I started this one solely to report on auctions of this plane. I felt the other one went down in flames, and wished to keep this one simple. Story short, I want help from others to find out if mine ends up on auction.

Did you not get one of the Tender Terrors and you were suppose to?

Nope, not yet. UPS left it on a porch somewhere, supposedly at an old address, though I am not convinced it was. UPS claims I showed the driver identification and that I had possesion of it.
That's why I gave you the first degree before you said it was yours!!

Ask them for the signature. That's why they make you sign their electric clipboard.

If you have a tracking number, you should be able to go their website and ask for a POD (proof of delivery) and signature proof. They can fax or mail it to you.
Sounds fishy to me...

No signature to be had. They left it on a porch. It's when they went back to pick it up that they came up with me showing identification.

The tracking on this one tells a story, but it's not a good one. Essentially, 21st put in a redirect on the package when I let them know it was going to the wrong address. UPS ignored it, and came up with an address on their own. There is nothing I can do on this. 21st is trying to straighten it out, but it is doubtful I will ever see the one that is mine...that's why I am trying to watch auctions!

Man I hate when crap like that happens,I had bought a flight helmet off Ebay and kept waiting and waiting. Then one morning I find it stuffed under a table on our porch. The only one that could have given a signature
was the dog, and I kinda doubt that happened.

yeah - ive mentioned this before - but we leave the garage cracked for the cat from time to time and we were finding a lot of stuff in the garage.
I would actually check the garage before checking the front door.

The final auction price may surpass the first one sold.
