Small Scale Military Headquarters

You know me I am a pooh stir-er.I am totaly happy with the B-25 comming out. I plan to get everyone they make. Other than the A-10 we all want these ( OK not all). Did 21st start with the wrong twin engine plane? What about other twins ?Should it have been a RAF Mosquito? A B-26? Orrrrrrrrrrr???????

I think the B-25 was a pretty good first choice, as long as they do a Doolittle bird at least. I'm sure this'll open up the door to a Mosquito, 110, and maybey an 88???? Bring'em all on!

Historically, I think the B-25 is a good choice. Aesthetically, I think the Mosquito or the B-26 would have been a better choice.

It wouldn't surprise me if we see all three in 1/18 scale before its all over with.

The door is now open for a ton of possibilities - B-25 is a great start.

I would LOVE an A-26 Invader. The Cadillac of WWII US medium bombers! The slim lines, powerful engines and remote control turrets plus a nose full of guns make it one beautiful bird.

What do you mean when is going to end? It has just started! The B-25 was on almost everybodies wish list. Maybe the big three ARE listening. Come on B-26 . Dady wants a new Ju-88 or Me-110 or Hs-123 or Mosquito or Moskito or Havoc or..........................

You know you have my vote on this one, as I said orver in the "Direct from the Source" thread, it service that spanned from WWII to Vietnam gives it so many paint and version potentials.

Best thing is the Vietnam version can easily swap ordinance with the A-1H/J Skyraider and F-4C/D ( big fat hint to AT )

Anyone else want to jump on board the Invader appreciation club with Rowsdower and me?

22 guns!! You gotta love the Counter-Invader! Some invaders were converted to civilian use as well.

I got to sit in the cockpit of one being restored and you would be amazed at how small it is. But there were so many toggles for the various weapon and ordinance configurations that your head would spin. There were even two that said "Torpedos".

I am all for the A-26, but please make the P-61 first.
then make the A-26, A-6, F-14, F-15...and so on

Definitely count me in on the A-26! It is and always has been my favorite twin engine medium bomber. I would have to buy every version of that one. I would love to see that one next

A German twin is a must. I think if they have timed release like with the Mig and Sabre we will hit a home run. Mig vs Sabre, Night Mossie vs night Me-110. I am ready.

B 25 is a perfect start...now we need the HE 111

Just a figure of speech. I guess I should have said before the end of time, especially if the B-25 takes as long as the Avenger to see the light of day. (Which I seriously doubt will be the case.)

A P-61 or an A-20 or A-26 would be nice. There use to be a nice A-26 in the lower part of the state at a museum. The thing still belonged to the Air Force,when the museum closed they sent some people down to take a few parts off for another project and I was told they cut the rest up for scrap. What a shame.Does anyone know how the P-61 in PA is going??

An A-26 would be very nice. I personally think that we need to see how the B-25 sells first. The A-26/B-26 would take up more space. I hope in that we will get most of the medium bombers in 1:18.

I'm a huge A-26 fan! I think the B-25 was a god choice, though, because it's likely to sell and that's what matters most to the manufacturer.
