1:18 SCALE? AIRPLANE TRACTER..

does any one have these and are they 1:18? to me they look like 1:24......

do any company make air plane tracter in 1:18?

Don't know what scale those are,I would guess that you woud need to find someone who knows Tonka toys.They made/make several sizes of trucks and construction equipment if I'm not mistaken.We do need some ground support items though,such as tugs or tractors.My choice for WW2 would be an M-2 high speed tractor made by Cletrac. I say this because I have a 1944 model in my shop.If you want to know what one looks like go to Cletrac.org look under photos and find MG1 that was Cletrac's model number. scroll down to find the WW2 photos.There are other good choices too but I don't think we'll see any soon if ever. I think that this was a subject on the GP site years ago.

SWEET! I actually have a blue "civilian" version of the jeep. I haven't run out to my building to compare, but I'm guessing the jeep is about 1/20 scale, but I'm able to sit a 1983 vintage GI Joe figure in the front seat. I would be that tractor is at least usable for 1/18, if only for background display.
