If you are referring to the Patton tank then, yes, it will be listed tomorrow (Friday) at SMALLJOES.

If you are referring to the recently released diecast version of the once-plastic M48A3, they are scarce as frog hair, but have been turning up at WalMart. I grabbed mine while on a business trip to NC about 7 mos ago.
The other 1/18th VN-era tank was the M41 Bulldog - used to great effect by ARVN troops. Like the M48A3, that came and went at TRU first, then at WalMart. The most recent seen version at WM was the "winter cammo" version. Obviously you'd have to do a re-paint to set it in SEAsia, but I've heard it is a fantastic repro and worth the effort.
The 1/18th M113s that have been showing up as R/C tanks at WM will need some mods to revert them back to VN era tracks. But in all reality, the M113 was the most widely used tracked vehicle in SEA. WM often has the M113s on the discount pile; picked my M113 up for $19.00 last Fathers Day, not a bad deal for an R/C 1/18th!
