21st Century Shark Mouth Huey (no crew)

Anyone on this board order and receive their Shark Mouth Huey expecting to get a crew with it, other than pilot? Well, I did, not knowing that 21st maybe pulled a bait and switch with it. All the dealers/sellers on eBay and a few on-line retailers were using the advertisement sent to them with pre-sales info telling a short history of the Huey and then stating that "This highly detailed model is built to scale and highly detailed, Opening door with detailed scale pilot and two soldiers." BS on 21st part. Pilot is there just like the earlier version of Air America, but no crew like the ones supplied with the Slick. I hope this may save someone from being disappointed, like maybe getting a lump of coal in their stocking.

In reply to your question as to how it looks, its not a bad rendition of the Huey. First it comes in the same box as the Slick 1st Cav Trooper. It is a lighter green than the slick and the sharks teeth, do take some getting used to.. (sort of like rats teeth) to tell you the truth) just my opinion. Aft of the cabin, just beneath the engine is the words Easy Rider, made to look as if the crew painted it over a dark blue background. Lettering does look like someone painted the words, no sharp edges on the lettering. Overall, other than the need for crewmembers, its a nice addition to the fleet of Hueys. I would not send it back for lack of crew.

Following up on finding the unit in the photo, the 174th AHC, I found this page attached to the main one. It is an incredible collection of audio from a mission in Laos. I recommend everybody to listen and read about this mission. It's incredible what those guys must have faced. Check it out here:
