Well, the woes never end. I just snapped off Galland's arm at the elbow. I don't know what my problem is with German pilots, but I snapped off White 12 pilot's leg 3 years ago and here I do it again. SO, be careful as usual when trying out arms and legs for the first time!

I hear you man! I've lost a couple arms from 1st series German figures, and once broke a torso as well. The leg broke on my origional midget German pilot, too! I guess running hot water on a stiff joint, or just attempting not to bend it are the best solutions. I'm glad 21st has long since changed the 1st series figure articulation and it makes the new BBI articulation seem like a godsend!

pilot arms always snap for me at the elbow... infantry always snap at the knee...

really sucks...

the marines look to have a new form of knee art. going on... pin and hole, like with bbi... maybe better arms too?

just look to what the future holds for these figures... i hope they will get better every time (excluding modern series)!

At least you can order the carded 109 pilot from a variety of small retailers! Then all you have to do is switch Galland's head with the new 109 pilot's. This type of enlarged first series German pilot is the only pilot (besides the S1 US pilot) that will fit in the cramped confines of the ME-109 cockpit, for both the E and G variants.
