Do any of you remember that 1/18 custom buildings site? It was on the old GP as a link. It was like build-a-rama but much better. Do you know what I am talking about?

I believe I saw a guy by that name on eBay a few weeks ago saying he was quitting his site and selling all his stuff.
I might be wrong, but it was a name like that and he was selling custom 1/18 stuff.
That would explain it.
