I have a few messages in my Outbox that have not been sent to their intended recipiants. I think this is because the receiver's Inboxes are full? Is that right?

If so......clean out your Inboxes everyone, they fill up fast!

Just means that people aren't checking their private messages

I have one sitting in there as well.
