Just received the above offering: OUTSTANDING craftsmanship and paint scheme. This is EVERYTHING that "it" has been advertised as, and more!
BTW, the small screws for attaching the wings to the fuselage are located in a small, seperate, bag behing the pilots helmet.
Fellow LUFTWAFFE fans, rejoice.

How does the cockpit compare to that of the origional AT F-86? The description (on the BCA site, at least) says that the cockpit has been reworked, though in the pictures I can't see how... Thanks!

Since this is my first "F-86", I am not sure how the two compare....I just posted on the Off Topic section, a question regarding how to add pictures to this forum-I will gladly snap a few shots for you. The shoulder and lap belts are all connected, as if around the pilots' waist.
Naturally, I really "dig" any Luftwaffe airplane. Hope to show pix soon.
Thanks for the positive response to this posting, above!!

I think all Admiral did was raise the pilots seat. Jim, I am looking forward to some pictures of your CL-13. I ordered mine today. Looking forward to adding it to my growing Sabre collection.

looks to me that the seat has been moved forward and tilted up more than the original.
aviatornut is the source for these beautiful aircraft.

Very interesting shot of the seat. The change is quite drastic, but necessary. Thanks for sharing!!

dV..... Nice pics! I have been on the fence about this plane but your pics summed it up for me.... get it!
About another plane in your collection, What scale is that S-3 A/B you have hanging on the wall? I am looking at a foam R/C version but it unfortunatly is a good bit larger than 1/18 scale. The Viking is one of my favorite planes but somehow I don't think I will ever see one produced by 21C or bbi. I may just have to scratch build my own

.

I'm pleased that the pictures: 1) came out fairly well, 2) that I ACTUALLY became "modern" (my kids will be simply amazed

), 3) most importantly; helping my fellow members take a look-see before taking a plunge, so to speak.
As a WWII seeker,I NEVER wanted anything to do with the Jet-era, BUT seeing the year-old Marineflieger F-104G did me in. As is a given, per my posting history, ANY Luftwaffe airplane certainly gets "my attention". Simply put, Jason has produced a very nice offering with this CL-13.....can we only imagine what the Me-262 will do for us (Luftwaffe fans)???!!!!
THANK YOU for all the positive feedbacks, I sincerely appreciate them. Any suggestions, please do not hesitate to PM, or post.
Danke sehr, ich hab' alles genoßen,

Why are they going for so cheap?

I got my Patricia II version of the Admiral F-86 for 38 dollars on ebay. I paid more than that for my German CL-13 version.

The paint work on the German Luftwaffe CL-13 Sabre is fantastic. I took my CL-13 outside yesterday to take some pictures of it, and I really took a good look at its paint job. They yellow paint on the nose is perfect, and the grey and green camo paint is nice and even. This is a super model, thanks Admiral toys for a beautiful CL-13 model.
