I have been looking at this site (Fine Art Models) for quite a while. Has anyone on this board ever delt with them or seen any of their work in person?

Oh yeah, we've seen these before. One of the coolest planes was the 1:15 B-17. Now that was a beaut!! I haven't checked their price list lately, but their models run into the $15K range IIRC (got that one Andrew?). Their as they say, works of art!! The only thing better was that 1:8 Ferrari with the fully funtioning V10 engine!!

Drooling...

The tune "If I were a Rich Man" just played in the air... 8)

Seriously, thats some incredible detail and it looks practically real! Still, it makes me appreciate the quality of the 21c aircraft and especially the BBI P-51. Not quite as much bang, but you save your buck!

I'll take one of each, with all the accessories......Oh, wait a minute......is that the price on the top?

Maybe I'll wait until they bring out the ton & a half Dodge. THEN, I'll order one of each.

Yeah.

Lotto don't fail me know.

That's some amazing stuff! That 1/3 scale ferrari with all working scale parts including V12 engine-incredible. I wish I could get the video to work.

I saw the video once on TV and I laughed my a$$ off! the guy had his finger on the accelorator and listening to this mini engine running was awesome! The guy was mentioning that the engine is an exact replica and when he was revving the engine, he compared it to the real thing. Sure enought, they sound exactly the same but at a different octave!!! It's amazing what the human can do sometimes..............

Awsome job on those but WAY out of my league! I'll stick with BBI and yes 21st Century.
