If there is a difference between the COED Shermans other than the figure pack-in? Looking for difference between the early fan club version and the Walmart version that came with the US Marine. Any paint differences or anything like that? Here is a link to the tank in question:

Thanks to grunt for the great work. Thank you for any help.

If that picture is of the origional COED tank, then it looks to be pretty much identical to the one released last year. The Marine tanker that came with the re-released COED Sherman was simply the "Dizzy Hagenshire" figure with all the same gear as the carded version, only with an additional US Tanker helmet. I have made other USMC tankers using the body of an S1 Marine figure (the Hagenshire, Tommy Brit, or Lt. Alexander figures would work best) removing the head and placing one of the BoB US tanker heads on the body. It looks like a convincing WWII USMC Tanker

I did not know that. So the additional Tanker helmet would fit on Dizzy's head. Does it make this figure, the only removable helmet WWII Tanker available?

Yep. I was really wondering why 21c did not make the US tankers in the BoB2 series of figures with removable helmets, despite obviously having the mould for one. I'd have bought a ton of those!

I'm not sure what version the Sherman in the picture is. I just posted it for a reference to what I was talking about. Maybe someone that has both versions can shed some light on this. Thank you tman for the help.

Tman,
Question, Is the green on the COED you have plastic green or OD green paint?
I noticed in the picture that the AA 50cal is not mounted, so that make that the second WM one in the database. On the earlier version the 50cal is mounted and doesn't come off, like the S1 Sherman. Thanks for the help.

The green appears to be the plastic green (which is a flat OD Green color) with the tan painted over it. I can tell as the green stripes on the outside match the interior color and the tan has alot of overspray onto the base color. The .50 cal MG came dismounted on my vehicle and had to be assembled. It is not designed to come off once installed, but one can pull it off if they wanted to.

The original COED release featured a co-ed crew, complete with a female driver figure
kidding... I really don't have an answer.
