Depends what you want to hang on the birds.

The F16 on the link above looks to be carrying AIM-120 AMRAAMs on the wingtip rails, with AIM-9 Sidewinders (probably the 'L' model) on the small outer wing pylons, a pair of LGBs (Mk 82/ Paveway 2?) on the starboard wing opposite a 1000lb JDAM on the mid-wing pylons, fuel tanks on the inner pylons, a LANTIRN nav/attack pod on the starboard fuselage pylon and an AL/ALQ-131 ECM/ECCM pod on the centre pylon - the last would be fiddly to add to a "standard" BBI Viper since there's no bit between the main undercvarriage bays; they missed it off, probably to make the undercarriage a bit chunkier and more able (!) to support the weight of the model.

Best thing to do is find a picture or two (or more!) you think looks good, then post it here and wait for someone to tell you what's hanging where...

Don't worry too much about not knowing what each bit is called, there's plenty of people who can help you identify it once you've decided what you want. :)

Look around on the web. I think it was on fas.org or globalsecurity.com, that they had several diagrams showing what armaments go where depending on the aircraft's mission. Air-to-air intercept will have more Sidewinders and AMRAAMS, where a ground attack may only load out with bombs and fuel tanks.
