1:18 green patrol boat/motorboat with 2 man crew

Does anyone know of or remember the 1:18 green army patrol boat (maybe) that was in stores in 1983? I think it ran on batteries but it was not radio control. It also was not GI Joe.
I had one. It may have come from Circus World.
I also think it came with a two-man crew in green. Very similar to the M113 crew actually.
Anyone know this toy?
