FOV Extreme Metal Wittmann TIGER I at Villers-Bocage

Forces of Valor has recreated Tiger Ace SS Obersturmfuhrer Michael Wittmann's Tiger 1 from the Famous battle of Villers Bocage

*This piece is limited to 750 pieces in the US.

*The exterior will be the same as previous Extreme Metal releases. Die-Cast Barrel, Turret, and tracks.

*The Interior will not be accessible through the turret and there will be no interior detail on this tank.

*The Engine Compartment will be accesible and the detailed engine will be removable and can be displayed seperately

*There will be one figure of Michael Wittmann and a biography of Wittmann with an exciting account of his famous attack at Villers Bocage.

*There will be a number of accesories including fuel drums, tank traps, extra track pieces, and highly detailed plastic accesories.

*The packaging will be different fromt he previous Extreme metal pieces. There will be no wooden crate. The tank, accesories, the certificate of Limited Production, and all the related printed material will be packed in a series of 3 full color chipboard packages. The chipboard packages will include color graphics. These 3 packages will be nested together and packed in a shipping carton.

1/16 scale? Yet they use their 1:32 for the adverts???? Would love to see stuff like this in the 1:32 scale, they could probably sell ten thousand in 1:32 versus the 1500 that will probably be made in 1:16???

Look cool but that is odd.

My wish is that .. they .. could.. just ... squeeze.. two .. .more .. notches .. up .. in scale to 1:18...

Can't be... that.. hard... right... ?

Why not produce it in 1:18 scale. It would make more sense. Perhaps their math was off a little.

For that much coin, a fully detailed interior is a must. Too bad... the rest of it looks pretty nice.

Have the other two, so I'll have to get his as well..lol I agree whole heartedly, there needs to be an interior, but even with that void, for the size and detail, I believe it to be a great deal, otherwise I wouldn't be spending the $$$ on them, not to mention they look great displayed, in particular, the last issue with figures.

looks to me like the bow machine gun and the drivers vision block are too close together

No.....the bow machine gun and driver's vision block looks good where they are.

I'm gonna get a couple myself. One to keep as it is, and one to repaint into a Tiger less......known?

Well I won't be counting the millimeters...but It looks about right. Compare the edges of the line of the lower hull (because that's the center of the tank), to the edges of the hull machine gun and driver vision block.
