Help needed to identify this XD plane

Post by Razor17019 » Sat Dec 11, 2004 11:35 pm

Hi-
The link below is to my pics of the Motorworks plane I got at Wally World.
It is suppose to be a FW 190D-9.
I was looking at Wally World today (bad place on a Saturday) and the FW 190D-9 had a red 3 on the side. Is this the wrong plane in the box?

Someone let me know if I have the right plane or not.

Centone,
I think you told me what I need to know.
Are there several versions of this plane out?

Keep your Black Cheveron version, unless you like the flashy planes! The Red 3 "Candy Cane" version, while entirely accurate, is one of the oddest paintschemes released on a 21st plane, besides perhaps the BF-109 nightfighter and the Sailor Malan Spitfire. I personally like the Black Cheveron much, much better!

tman,
Yes, I do really like the way it looks.
It has a sleek look about it.
I just thought I got the wrong plane.

Razor:

I have all of the current versions of the FW-190 in the Profile album. Just click the website button below! The rest will be added as they are released.
