In Septber it well be 5th or 6th years of XD. It's my life. And I wish to meet some of you XD fans face to face someday.

Lets hold a meeting somewhere! Say, san antonio?

Wonder what it would take to have a regional meeting. Mark (Kamikaze) and I have talked about a meeting in Austin, but I wonder if we could get more folks if we met in Dallas? Definitely worth thinking about. Depending on what we would want to get out of a meeting like show off our customs, trade items etc. would dictate how much space we would need and if we would have to rent something or meet at someones house.

A mid-way point would be best for everyone I would think. Texas sounds pretty good to me! It would be pretty cool to do an annual XD / military collectable weekend getaway.

Vegas might be a fun place to do it at as well as provide others with another "excuse" to make the trip? I might even get 21st to sponsor an organized event... (no promises) But hey- some door prizes and sneek peeks from 21st might up the attendance. Perhaps a chance to meet and talk with Mr. Sutherland? -just thinking out loud here.

If an event like that was to happen, you gotta know that there would be goodies!!!!!

A Country-wide metting would be cool, but we could also hold area mettings.

A good Idea is everyone in Brookyln, Staten Island, Long Island, and New Jersey, meet up in one place, one time, say in Brookyln, or Staten Island, since it is in the middle between LI and NJ. We can all bring some of our collections, and trade, buy, sell, and generaly just talk and have fun.

What do you think, ThreeToughTrucks, Digger, Normandy, C44, LuftPanzer and everyone else in the area?

And foks who live in the Virginia, Maryland and D.C area meet some place?

I like that you guys are considering regional meetings. Way to build the hobby! I am definately going to plan something for the coming spring. We have a fairly large Texas membership.
Meeting trading partners face to face is also a good thing. More later.

This would be a cool idea. To have a meeting where we could meet each other and discuss everything about our favorite hobby in person. Plus get some cool prizes and sneek peaks! We could have it right here in Minnesota or Texas or where ever. If it ever happens I'm in.
