Thank`s very much for the kind words on the sidecar combo.

The original bike price is a tad expensive but I do think worth it,as they are indeed well put together.

Though who know`s 21st may spoil us one day with their own & maybe cheaper??? or at least with figures & accs for a similar price?

That looks STOCK...all of it... I'm scramblin' to tell. I didn't see a mention about the paint job so I'll automatically assume you did it! Flawless.

I just bought a red one off of that seller. I can't wait for it to arrive. Thanks for letting us know about this!

Rob,
I gave the Sidecar combo it`s Lick of paint mate :D Sorry i didn`t point that out :D Glad you like the Bike :D

First off I`d dremel the guide lines & then I`d use a Scalpel for the cutting.
The windshield was carefully sanded off using the dremel (Be very carefull there who try this).

Hope this helps. BTW the seat I replaced the original with. That`s from a 1/18th Landrover rear seats. I`ve a few so IF anyone wants to follow my path & try that LMK with a Pm & I can hook you up :D

Again Glad you all like the customed version :D

SB,
That is a mighty fine interpetation of a WWII German bike with sidecar!
I have been looking for a setup like this for sometime too!
Glad you shared it with us and posted some more pics in the Custom section.
I guess I am going to have to give this a try and abandon my effort to make a scratch sidecar for my 1:18 Maisto Harley as it didn't look exactly right anyway!
German rider looks very good too!

Nice work!

Thank`s very much guys :D I know I`ve said it before though I do mean it,great to hear it`s hit the mark with you all :D

I also was initially building 2 from scratch reworking harleys though when I saw these I saw the potential immediately :D

I do hope those interested do get some & try thier hand at the conversion as it`s not that hard, just carefull work really :D

Andreas models of spain makes one in 1:18 scale. its a metal model. You can buy at squadron.com. When you get on the site do a search for 1:18 scale or 90mm and it will pull it up. However it is very expensive. It is about $189.00 & hard as He_L to put together.

For those of you that don't frequent the customs and mods area, the possibilities for this bike / sidecar combo are numerous. Mr. Bonnet gave me the bike bug so bad that I ordered three and am about finished with the first one.
