Is BBI a tiny company?
I ask this because compared to 21st Century Toys, BBI does not make much products.
All BBI has is...
P-51
Corsair
Zero
F/A-18
F-16 (long lost)
Sherman
Hummvee
M1A1 (long lost)
LAV (long lost)
and 3 helicopters
21st Century Toys has too much too list, not to mention the 1/32 stuff.

Its not small, they just started later than 21st did in regards to 1/18.
21st started in 2000 or so with 1/18, BBI started 1/18 planes like in 2004. So naturally, 21st's got more planes.

they have many differrent versions, keep in mind all their weapon sets, 1:6th action figures, and like 35 differrent 1:18 figs

Corporate size is relative... Comparing the two, BBI's bigger than 21st Cent. Toys I believe, if my memory's serving me correctly... They put out 1:18 quite a while ago though I believe, further back than 2004.
I think 21st is the proverbial underdog though... I could be wrong, but I do believe they were the smaller company.

In fact BBI is a gigantic company that owns many subsidiaries etc. They make many, many toylines plus own factories that other manufacturers use to make their product. 1/18 is only a teeny, tiny bit of what they do.
I suspect it is because they are huge that we see so little 1/18 product from them, not because they are small......as ironic as that sounds.

Aferguson is right, as usual.
BBI is a subsidiary of one of the largest toys manufactures in the world. They have endless resources.
21st and Admiral Toys are like fleas on the back of a Great Dane compared to BBI.
Humbly yours,
Jason

Their website pretty much says it all. When you travel their page, there are about 9 other companies under the umbrella. Overall, they're huge.

excactly, when you say BBI, were just talking about the action figures here. BBI is owned by BBT, or blueboxtoys
