Anyone seen these? While certainly not up to the standards we are used to in XD or BBI, I picked up both the 1:18 M-1 (not very realistic) and the MLRS (could be bashed into something credible). Comes wth batteries. No figures or any apparent places to put them.
No pictures, but a blast to play with. The remote controls both tracks on the MLRS, other controls operate the firing mechanism (12 shots in all of nerf-like rockets) and

The scale looks consistent with 1:18 and the detail is not horrible, and certainly a decent modern addition. The plastic is a bit too bright, not quite a desert tan, but camoed nonetheless. I picked up an airbrush and hope to weather it with OD to have it match the modern stuff I have acquired.

The m-1 is almost identical size (save the brighter tan and camo) of the bbi m1; sve the detail on the small arm, treads, and such.

Cost: they were 39.99 in Gainesville Florida last month. Seen a few in Illinois.

I have seen these and was intrigued. I can't remeber what they cost. Are they reasonable?

I've seen the MLRS......it's actually around 1/21 scale i think. I know i figured it out once long ago when i was thinking about getting one. Needs to be about 15 1/2 inches long.

Between the small size and not great detail i didn't bother. I'm not really into remote control stuff that much..they always broke my heart as a kid..

They go for $30. I think they are some true shelf warmers........

These things seem to take up alot of shelf space..:-) In my hunt for the M113 I have had my hopes up a couple of times seing the motorworks boxes..only to be dissappointed to realize it's the much more toy like stuff..

Probably a good base for some kit bashing though..But there's definitely cheaper stuff at WM to kitbash..
