As a size comparison, how much bigger would they be compared to the 21st. WWII Dodge 1.5 Ton Truck ?

The 1 1/2 ton Dodge is somewhat smaller than a "duece" in all areas. The Dodge is lower than the GMC and Studebaker "dueces", shorter and not as wide.
The "big" Dodge 1 1/2 ton was 224 incles long and 85 inches high. The cargo bed was 10 feet long
The standard duece was 270 inches long by 110 inches high. The cargo bed was 144 inches long.
There was a "short bed" "duece" that had a 108 inch bed. Also distinctive on the "short Bed" "duece" was the spare tire which was carried behind the cab between the cab and the cargo bed. Other "duece's had the spare under the body.
Post war "dueces" were even larger than the CCKW "dueces".
Great trucks all. It's OT but there are still alot of 1/1 CCKW's around in superb condition from European surplus stocks. The "short bed" CCKW in my Webshot's site came from Norway in brand new condition with a few hundred miles on the vehicle. It was brand new at war end and given to Norway for surplus storage. It was maintained for 50 years before being sold. The dealer cleaned the engine, cranked her up and drove it to Belgium for shipping to me and my buddy.
