Guys,

Just wanted to thank all who took part in AWH 2006 this year. Special thanks to Buyild-a-Rama for donating the 1st Place prize on the first, ever, 1:18 contest.

Hey, a small step for the hobby, a huge step for 1:18 scale!!

This was not the first 1/18th scale contest. Mine was back on Groundpounder's board. Prizes were considerable that included cash. Glad to hear someone did another one though. There are a lot of talented people here and some of the scratch projects were
fantastic.

Sorry, my bad. I should've said first 1/18 contest at AWOH

I tell yeah, these 1/18 stuff allows you to have a bigger army that's for sure. 1/6 got to a pont that just took up too much room. My 500 some troops are R.I.P. in plastic containers while my 1/18 tanks took over their display area

Loving it!

Is it just me or did anyone else that watched that video see what looked likd a 1/18 M-24 Chaffee? It was filmed toward the end of the video sitting beside a Panzer if I remember right. Painted up what looked like brown and black with "Whup A$$" painted on the side.

Maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me with the scale, hard to tell.....

Go Ugly Early in 1/18 scale!

Still waiting and wishing for a 1/18 A-10 Warthog.
