too far away for me but maybe some of my western canadian brethren would be interested. If you're going to pick it up better eat your Wheaties though. It ways 350 pounds!

Wow

That is pretty cool and very well detailed, but it is a little to fanciful for me. I would rather have a 1:18 sailing ship that is much more realistic. Nonetheless, wouldn't that ship be cool with the 1:18 "Pirates of the Caribbean" figures :)

How about JFK's PT-109 in 1/18th scale?? A PT boat would make an awesome XD model, what do you guys think?? Take a peek here... http://www.ptboats.org/20-01-05-ptboat-005.html

I've seen a few companies do it in 1/20. Here's one I found on a quick google search.

Now that I've moved and don't have a pool anymore, I don't have much motivation to pick up some of these boats.

Dumas makes a 1/20 PT boat, intended for r/c. It's pretty nice. I have one in fact. :)

You can find them on ebay from time to time for $200-$400 or so.

You know, that site I posted has some really interesting fitting for 1/16 and 1/20 gun mounts. I'm going to try to get some more info - may be some great custom potential.
