Minichamps Kubelwagen

I don't know if this topic has been covered yet but has anyone seen one of these Minichamps 1:18 Kubelwagen that are out? If so are they any good? There is a desert one also

that's good.....as i recall they were listing for around $80 when they first came out a couple of years ago. I'm sure you'll find it top notch quality..

One of the 2 online stores I buy my 1/18 cars has the desert one for $59
I have the gray one, dont remember what I paid for it.

I have both, the "OTTO" DAK and the Großdeutschland version.
Minichamps does an excellent job, details abound. The DAK "OTTO" (for Otto Schultz) is particularly well done...the scheme is really a sight to see. Hold back no longer, especially on the "OTTO"-it is well worth the price you will pay.

I went ahead and bought one of each! I missed the boat on these minichamp vehicles. Any word on minichamps making other 1/18 military vehicles?

those Kubels came out a few years ago. There's been no follow up in 1/18 military from them. They may have lost interest in the scale, for military items anyway. They make lots of 1/18 diecast cars.

Got my desert KW today and it is pretty nice. A lot more detailed then the 21C KW. The driver for the 21C KW fits in it almost perfect. I wish this company made more 1/18 scale military items.
