Ok - I have only seen the pics on ebay and a few here but The 1:18 Dragon figures are nowhere.
I emailed the company about product in the Atlanta area and they emailed me back with three online companies who then stated that they did not have the 1:18 line - only smaller scale and 1:6 scale.
Other than that Atlanta (a very large market) does not have these figures.
Sure I can order but I just don't see the point in paying for shipping.
I can't remember his name but there is now the german commander of the bulge in black leathwer uniform in 1:18.

?
Why are they so hard to find? Because they are discontinued and years old. It would be like hoping to find some Fallschirmjagers on the shelf of your local hobby shop...it could happen.
I know shipping is repulsive but when you can get 6 for $30 plus shipping it still beats $7-8 each plus tax at your local hobby or comic shop.
While on the subject, I am still bitter at Dragon for the way they jumped into 1:18...and then jumped out without a word. Now that part of the website is just a dead end. It is like Action 18 never happened....
Talk about lack of customer service, try finding out what happened to the wave due out 2 years ago.
The way they followed 21st into 1/6 I would have thought they would have done a better job of cutting in on the 1:18.

Re: ?
They did the same thing with their 1/35 WWII Can-do line. A couple of years ago, they teased us by giving away unpainted US Airborne figs at their show in Ontario, CA...to date, they still haven't gone into production (nor do I anticipate them doing so). Their product is great...if you love the Reich...but their public relations falls far short of Goebels
