Is the Killer Mustang a real paint, or did BBI make it up?

Yes, it is a real scheme.. see Teamskis photoalbum, on page 3 he has a profile and archive photo..

The BBI markings are almost real. The 355th code should be GQ not GO and the sqadron color was blue...usually signified by a blue spinner on the nose. The real "Killer" did have a blue nose...depending on whom you talk to.

Don't forget the John Madden name on the plane as well..... Anything to avoid royalties....
