Difference between BBI and 21C

Are they different companies or just a repackaging, marketing thing like the MotorWorks deal?

Two different companies getting into a break-neck competition. The new BBI P-51 says it all...

I dunno about the break-neck competition. Bbi puts out some really nice planes, but I don't think they are going to hit the market with nearly as much 1:18 stuff as 21st is looking to do. Keep this space open!

I am very interested in an A model FW. First one to build and sell a couple of repaints of them would be getting my business.
I'd like an A4/5, A8 and an F8.
