SSHQ 1/18 and 1/32 data bases?

Are the SSHQ 1/18 and 1/32 data bases gone for good?
They were great reference sources for older models from 21st Century/Ultimate Soldier, BBI ,etc.

Do you know who ran them? I vaguely remember that, but it wasn't something I hosted.
