Small Scale Military Headquarters

Posted this down below, but no one replied. Is anyone else having problems with private messaging? I have been trying to get a hold of a few people and my messages either hang up in the outbox, or never appear in the sent folder at all. I don't know why I'm having such awful trouble, especially when I'm trying to provide trade info to people.

Nooker some times things sit in your out box if they have not been opened
by the person you are sending to.
I don't know if that's whats going on or not but it might be the reason.
You could also try sending a PM to P51.
