Sorry for piggy backing my own thread, but the pic of the Zero...is that out or "in the works". You guys know I'm not a plane guy but a Zero and an Avenger can sure interest me. :)

Anybody have sharp eyes to see anything new besides the Avengers?

All I see is the Michael Wittmann Tiger, the new tooled P-51, Pudgy V and the 1:32 Zero and Macchi........ No new tooled prototypes. :( Maybe 21st has something up their sleeves. I know bbi won't have squat this year.

I really want that Avenger!!

Was that the "Flying Undertaker" P-51D I saw in the pics sitting with "Ridge Runner" and the "Bunker Hill" Corsair? They made a new tool Mustang wearing those markings? Wow, thats a surprise, to me anyway. "Ridge Runner" looked pretty darn impressive sitting on the glass case next to the jet. I hope you get better pics of "Ridge" in the coming days because thats the one I'd like to get now that I've started my new job :D . I wasnt going to get another Mustang but I have to at least buy one from 21st and "Ridge Runner" is my choice.
When it comes out that is!

that Whittman tiger looks exactly like the eastern camo tiger.....paint looks identical to me. I guess the Whittman figure should be new...new head anyway.

I wonder if they'll take the tank's unit number off the barrel at long last...

I am very excited about the New Tiger - let us hope for some accurate unit markings in proper places - who do they hire for research? I mean they could jump on this forum site and get the right info.

But a Tiger is still a Tiger .. with a new figure!!

Wittmann Tiger

The New Wittmann Tiger indeed looks to be their Eastern Front type,...that I presume did'nt sell all that well. Good marketing strategy for this version though.

They did not sell well because I never saw them in Atlanta - I found the winter versions and the first version - but never the eastern front camo one

Don't see any 1/18 scale vehicles from Sahara at the show...

They must have left them in their "other suit"...

Luftpanzer:

How about 26.9 inches of snow in Central Park. Ever try to park a Hyundai in 29 inch snow not including what may drift up?

The Left Coast guys were already in hotels and hoofed it or were ferried by hotel vans.

Us guys on the fringes of the City still have to drive, and park. I'm allowed to park on Manhattan streets but I have to at least be able to get to the curb. Not today. I'm still looking at two lumps in my driveway that I think are my car. 100 foot driveway is cleared but right up to my son's big PU. It's 11PM and he's been playing all day & will get to my car sooner or later.

Here is the deal on The Special Edition Tiger.

The tank shown is the eastern camo. But the Final version will not be! It is a whole new scheme with the famous 007 number. A likeness figure I am told will accompany this release.

So how far is it? Well I do know that the paint master is finished. This one will be a winner in my book! More detailed pics of the box art will be up tomorrow and it does show the Paint Master version in the concept box art. The Paint Master couldn't make the show as it is in China.

P.S. yeah the snow is not exactly easy for the locals. We were only 5 blocks away from the Show... 35 dollars (marked up due to snow / supply demand) and about 20 minutes later we finally made it to the show about an hour late! I have been in snow storms. I am not from California. I live in the Rockies so I am no stranger to big snow storms. The lethal combo is big storm / and big city.

The Avengers and new 32x planes look nice! Still, although the alien figures are "cute" I'm distressed to see that they weren't just a rumor... Hopefully it won't be a long wait for the pacific tri-color Avenger paintscheme, however despite the aliens, the Flight 19 Avenger still looks great!

Can we get some more details on the Flight 19 Avenger. Will it come with two pilots and two aliens? Will this only go to the online shops, and what shows up at Walmart will only have one pilot (like we saw with the Hueys)? Are the two aliens cast as a single piece, or are they two unique poseable figures?

Hmmm yeah, I'm not impressed... Lotta the same old, nothing really new to get excited over. I'm still just anxious for the new Bulge figures whenever they are released... Otherwise, the Whitman Tiger is as interesting as Patton in a Command Car... Plus, I already own two Tigers so buying another just for a figure isn't really high on my to-do list.

No new armor, no trucks, no artillery, no playsets, and no figures... Big *YAWN* from me. I hope BBI has something more interesting to show.

THE TRICK IS NOT TO EXPECT ANY NEW 1/18 ARMOR & THAT WAY YOU CANNOT BE DISAPPOINTED. FIRST INDICATIONS REVEAL NOTHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO & WITH 11 TIGERS ALREADY, WAITING FOR A NEW PAINT SCHEME CAN GO WAY BACK ON THE BACK BURNER. I AM STILL WAITING FOR LONG AWAITED 2 NEW PAINT SCHEMES ON THE MARK 1V WE SAW MONTHS AGO. WILL DIVERT MY MONEY ELSEWHERE FOR A CHANGE & BUILD UP MY OTHER COLLECTIONS. ALTHOUGH I AM HAVING A SPIT, I HOPE THE PLANE & 1/32 GUYS HAVE SOME TREATS IN STORE FOR THEM, NO USE ALL OF US BEING FORGOTTEN.
