OMG!!! Pictures of a crude mock up A-10 from last year!!!
:o

Sorry Jolly R these pictures were shown last year and created alot of hoopla that ultimately did not amount to much. One can still hope that an A-10 is in our future.

When did anyone say that they had pulled out of any project? All we ever got was smoke...nothing that said they were or weren't.

one of the Online Retailers... i saw it on another forum, basically saying BBI wanted to do a A-10 but they backed away from the project midway through...

im guessing based upon unknowns about 21st's stand on the issue?

I'm with ya' birddog! Just doesnt make any sense to keep showing the A-10 mock-up at the toyfair without some reasoning behind it. Lets hope
this is a good sign of things to come. If not, it is pretty sad they would keep teasing us like that! :P

from what I've heard NO. The robocop is just under 3" I believe. Don't quote me too much though. :? Just what I've read from other boards.

"to all on the "BBI secret ToyFair photo" thread

Let me dispel some of the myths and mis-information that appears to be swelling in this thread.

First up, I did previously advise when asked by this forum, that we were showing nothing new at this show. That comment was in reference to 1/18 product which is the topic of this forum and not in reference to anything we were doing for the Target Combat Command line. The Russian "made for kids look alike" Hind for Target is far from 1/18 as you know. Additionally, I have maintained all along that I would not give out any information on products made for Target prior to their release.

Next the foam mock up A-10 is still hanging in the showroom as nobody bothered to take it down and in fact the bbi showroom has remained the same as it appeared last October.
Nothing else can be assumed from that as there are no major customers attending this show ( another reason I did not attend the show)

As for comments that we "pulled out of that project last year"...let's be really clear here...there was never any comment that said we were either in or out of any such project.
Further more any comments from any online retailer claiming to have inside knowledge are just an example of an individual or company trying to appear better informed than they actually are. Be assured we do not discuss our future plans in this manner."
i never met an airplane i didn't like...
