The seller must be selling 1:6 scale and he mistakenly titled the vehicle as 1:18 instead of 1:6 in his auction. JD

It is 1:6th scale he might of put 1:18th on there to see if he can convert another one of our brothers over to as one Ranger said to the dark side hahaha. Ja I believe it was in the description as 1:6th scale

The picture used in the auction is from the 1/6 car so that's what clued me in.

Ah. So at 1/6, it's a much more appropriate price then?

It's a little high IMHO (as a 1/6 collector) but not totally beyond the pale.

(I wouldn't bid on it at that price, how's that...)

At a price of $150 for a 1/6 CC, it's not a bad price. Not a good price but not a really high price.

What surpises me is his shipping charge. It is low. The 1/6 CC box is huge. I've shipped CC's to the mid west for around $30 (actual charges).

As for the cost of the CC, KB Toys (EToys) had CC's before Christmas for $99 and a week later reduced the price to $75.

I bought three and sold two and am saving the last for a special project. And the KB CC included General Patton (a $25 item by itself) in the boxes.

All comes to he who waits. 8) Even the Avenger.

That was my first 1/6 two vehicles, two CC's, I also picked up for $50 at a TRU clearance.

The good old days.

Talk about ebay rips - someone or some ebay company has buyitnow and starting price at $26.00 something plus shipping for 1:18 Marines and pilots.

Are they that hard to find in some areas?

It all depends on which version of the Marines you are looking for. The S3 version was the hardest to find for me.

the only marines that were hard to find here southwest atlanta were the S2 - darker camo - Only found them in one walmart out of 15. S3 man they still fill the pegs with em'

34.00 Bucks for a BOB BAR Gunner????
But the best part is their shipping policy:

Whoopie!
A 5.00 dollar figure will set me back 34.00, but I get 1lb shipping...

If memory serves me, I believe the original price on the Comand Car was $140 at TRU. Saw one go recently on Ebay for $250 (obviously before this one). Also saw a Weapons Carrier go for $250.
