COOper passed away
Full off sadness I need to tell you all that our forum member COOper aka Markus passed away during the summer. Now I would like to help his father to get all the models sold which Markus collected in all the years.
We´re talking about more then 140 planes and helis in 1:18 and some more other stuff.
For that I will talk to his Dad and ask him to put a list in the buy&sell section here in the forum.
Give Markus a minute of good wishes. His hard battle against the blood cancer was lost much too soon.

Thoughts go out to his family.
- The earth is a depot where wingless angels pass the time,
Waiting for the long journey home
Seeing a small boy, smiling in the corner, I ask him ;
"You must be anxious to get home?"
"I am home" he replied "I just come here to play the games" -

I do not think I have had any dealings with COOper but he seemed to be a nice guy.
Add him to our growing list of dearly departed

Markus was a realy nice fellow and we will miss him.
He was happy to know I was out of danger and it's hard to think he's gone now

Re: COOper passed away
Today I´ve visited Markus parents.
And they were really suprised to get so many condolences from around the world. I´ve told them that their son was a great modelling friend and a trustfull and reliable trade and selling partner for so many forum members here. They were happy to here that but also tears come up.
After more than 1 hour of small talk Markus father showed me the collection.
WOW
That was the only word I could say.
Approx. 200 of 1.18 scaled models (tanks, trucks, guns, vehicles, planes, Helicopters),
a huge collection of GI-JOE vehicles and figures (most of them original packaged), Star Wars vehicles (for example the big AT AT) and figures and more than 50 of 1:6 scaled figures in original cases (Platoon series with Dafoe, Berenger and Cruise head, drill sergeant from FULL METAL JACKET and more rare stuff) And some other figures (all the super heroes like Batman, Superman, Superwomen and so on)--> I forgett the series name. IT WAS TOO MUCH.
To sell these things his dad needs some help. I offered him to put in a list of all the stuff and he agreed and will create a list.
What I´ve seen and whats still in my mind are these:
F18 Jolly Roger (original packaged)
F16 Wolf Pack (one original packaged and one without case)
Cobra Helis (both schemes original packaged)
Apache (original packaged)
Kiowa (without case)
Me262 Nightfighter (original packaged)
Several Spitfires (original packaged and without cases)
Several Mustangs from 21st and Elite Force (original packaged)
Seberal Avengers (original packaged)
several P38 (original packaged and without cases)
several Wildcats (original packaged)
several Corsair (original packaged)
several Me109ers (original packaged)
several Ju87 (original packaged and Winter version without case)
several Starfighters (original packaged)
several Sabre (original packaged)
Patton tank without case but metal parts
several Panther
several Panzer IV (original packaged)
several German Halftrack (original packaged)
several American Halftrack (original packaged)
and many many more I guess.
SS-Figure Set is in mind and several original packed figures (german, American,, Japanese, Modern troops, Vietnam theme and so on)
too much to remind everything
I told his dad that photos would be helpfull. As soon as I get the photos I´ll put in the list in the buy & sell section.
If there is some real interest in the above listed models, please let me know or ask for your favourites. Maybe his dad can find them.
Markus parents told me to send you all their best wishes and a big THANK YOU for all your kind words.

Re: COOper passed away
I still have the Euro Panzer IV from COOper / Markus, we did a trade several years ago.
I was going to do a custom repaint on it but now it will stay as it is.
Sven, thank you for keeping us updated and to his parents...my prayers.
