1/18 Flea Market Find

Post by Coreyeagle48 » Wed Nov 17, 2004 5:22 pm

Hi Everyone,

Found this bird and one just like it that was in pieces at a flea market near my home over the weekend. I really liked it and for the price of $10 got both of them. I only took photos of the good one, I intend to redo the broken one. It is all metal, no plastic. It is a neat folk art piece but at 18 inches long and about 16" wingspan, it is close to 1/18 scale. Anyway pictures are in "Corey's Gallery", last three photos. They should be up soon!

Corey

That one funky looking old timer! Great work for a folk-art piece and a steal for $10!

That's a great deal for an old unusual plane.
